Mac & PC House Policy

Return Policy

  • Our customers have 5 days to return their device for a refund. Proof of purchase must be brought in or shipped with product to receive the full refund.
  • we do not return cash.
  • So long as the item is shipped within the 5 days from delivery and the item is received in the same condition it was sent from us, we will honor the return.
  • All accessories, headphones and Gaming consoles are non refundable. 
  • In order to receive a refund the item must be free from any damage that could have been caused by the customer. 
  • Customers can exchange the item for another item so long as the item is still in the same condition and is returned to us within 12 days from the delivery date. After 12 days from delivery items cannot be exchanged. When exchanging an item customer must have a receipt and will be given the amount paid by the customer for the product as credit not the retail price.
  • Once the customer purchases a pre-owned device it comes with a 6 month warranty that covers any defect or broken component so long as it is not user generated. If the unit cannot be repaired we will replace it with a similar unit or the exact unit. This is a separate policy to the return or exchange.
  • Factory sealed products are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned after the seal has been broken. 


Warranty Policy

  • Our customers have 6 months from the delivery date of the unit to report any issues or defective parts with the unit for repair.
  • To begin repair on your item send an email to Macandpchouse@gmail.com stating the issue you are facing, with a copy of your receipt or the date of purchase and exact amount for the total order. A member of our support team will get back to you within 48 hours. If you are cover under warranty we will instruct you to send in your device or come into our store with the device.
  • The device must be sent in before the warranty expires in order to have it repaired under warranty.
  • We WILL cover any defects including; component failure, hard drive failure, Ram failure, non user induced board failure, IC lock, speaker failure, graphics failure, Processor failure, non functioning keys etc.
  • We will NOT cover any product that have failed due to user error. Items NOT covered under warranty include but is not exclusive to; water damaged components, device shows signs of impact, broken screens, broken off keys, damage caused overclocking and improper upgrades.
  • If you take the item to another facility to repair any damage to the unit that is not Mac and PC House your warranty with us under the 6 month free warranty will be void. This is because many times products are broken or miss handled by other shops and we cannot take responsibility for another shops work.
  • Once we repair a component that specific component is warrantied for an additional 3 months from the repair.
  • If we cannot repair your device for some reason or the repair cost is higher then the price of the device it self we will replace the unit at no cost to the customer with a similar unit.
